If you are unable to do your turn, please arrange to swap it with another parent/carer.

Activity: Please bring any materials you need. For the basics we can use playgroup’s resources eg for colouring, painting, gluing, cutting. We also have some of our own so please ask.

Can you also please bring some fruit/vegetables for snack. The rest will be purchased through the fees.

You do not need to pay for the session you organise and please see Hayley for reimbursement of costs for any materials.

If you want the room set up differently to normal please let us know before your session.

Setting Up:  We will aim to have the tables and big items in place by 9.15am, so if you could please be at the hall by then to help get the toys out and set up. Then if you could please remain after the session to help put the toys away/sweep the floor etc.

Cleaning Rota

If you can’t help out with the sessions, but would still like to help, you could consider taking the rugs or a box of toys home to give them a good clean. Please see us to organise.

Toy Library:We could join this if someone was willing to co ordinate getting the toys and storing them (we are very short of space in the hall). It would be great to have a changing selection of toys.

Treasure Baskets: We are now offering a Treasure Basket loan facility. This will enable families and Babies to experience ‘treasure basket’ play at home for a week. Please see Theresa or Carolyn to book the Treasure Basket and for more details.

Music Festival Acoustic Night. Friday 14th November from 7.30pm in the village hall. Two great acts, local beers. Tickets only £3 at Toddlers Monday 10th.

Playgroup and Toddlers Jumble sale: Saturday 15th November from 9am in the school hall. Bring any donations of jumble to Toddlers or Playgroup the week before or to the school on Friday 14th or early Saturday. Bag the best bargains, by joining us on Friday after school to help set up, and on the Saturday morning to help sell. We will need a lot of help, so please do try and join us, and believe me it is a lot of fun. See Hayley 545529 or Lucy 519366  for more information

Family Photo Session:  Saturday 15th November from 9.30am also at the school hall. We have booked the same photographer as last year because the photos were so good. Photos will be back in time for Christmas. Book a slot at toddlers or phone Lucy or Hayley (see above for numbers).

Hall4All Sunday Breakfast with Art in the Raw. Sunday 16th November. Full English Breakfast (and a lighter option) in the Village Hall from 9am to about 11am. Local artists paintings welcome for sale. Proceeds to Hall4All.

Money in the Jar for Hall4All.  Thank you to anyone who has taken a jar to fill with their small change for the hall rejuvenation project. If you still have a jar at home, please don’t forget to bring it in.

Village Website: Sarah Hopkins has set up the following: www.northnibley.com. Look on it for details about Toddlers and other village happenings. All our newsletters are on it. (without phone numbers)

School fundraising: If you buy on the internet please look at www.buy.at/fonns  as the school benefits from purchases made through this site. Also if you have Tesco or Sainsbury’s etc tokens for schools we would be very pleased to pass them onto the school for you.

Hope you enjoy the sessions over the next two months.

We will be back after Christmas on Monday 5st January.
